Environmental investigations and studies to support transformation of 2,000 acres from industrial to residential use.
Objective
Provide required environmental investigations and EEAA approval studies for the land transformation project managed by Alexandria for Investment and Urban Development.
Scope of Work
- Prepare sampling and analysis plans for site characterization covering air, soil, and water
- Supervise sampling and analysis in certified laboratories
- Prepare full site characterization reports with remediation recommendations where needed
- Prepare Air Dispersion Modelling studies for industrial stacks around the project area
- Prepare ESIA studies for each phase according to EEAA guidelines
- Supervise implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Plan during construction
